It is extremely
important to understand the limitations of the FFT and the unpredictability
of the FFT process when several problems are present simultaneously. The
time domain plot should be used whenever applicable or in the presence
of a stubborn or unusual problem. But there are three things you must do
to get comfortable with and good at analyzing time domain plots.
